About this policy
CadMint (Android package ai.ml.agents.labs.cadmint) is a CAD app published on Google Play by
MANAUNA TECHNOLOGY ("we", "us", or "our"). It opens, measures and edits DWG and DXF drawings, lets you draw new ones, and saves
copies as PDF, DWG, DXF, SVG or PNG. It can also import SVG and PDF files.
This policy explains what happens to your drawings and files and what information the app and the services it uses
collect.
Your drawings stay on your device
- CadMint reads and draws drawings with a CAD engine that runs entirely on your phone. Your drawings, the text and pictures in them, their names and the PDFs and copies you make are not uploaded to us, to Firebase, to advertisers or to anyone else. The CAD engine contains no networking code.
- CadMint can only read files you choose: drawings through Android's file picker, or "Open with" and "Share" from another app. It does not ask for permission to read your photos or storage.
- A drawing you open is copied into the app's private storage, which other apps cannot read, and edited there.
- Your drawings. So you can continue later, the app keeps, on your device only, each drawing you made or opened, its number of layouts and a small picture of it, for up to 30 drawings. You can remove a drawing from the list at any time; copies that are not in the list are deleted after about a day.
- Saving back to the original. When you open a drawing from Google Drive or another storage app through Android's file picker, CadMint keeps permission to that one file, and Save writes your changes back to it. You can also save a drawing to Google Drive or another place you choose. CadMint itself never receives your drawings: the transfer is between your phone and the storage service you picked, under that service's terms. You can remove CadMint's access in Android Settings or in that service.
- Copies. Otherwise a drawing leaves the app only when you save a copy where you choose through Android's save dialog, or share it to an app you pick; what that app does with it is governed by its own terms.
- CadMint excludes its data from Android cloud backup. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage in Android Settings, deletes its copies and your drawings list. Copies saved elsewhere stay there.
Your CadMint account
- An anonymous account on first launch. CadMint creates a Firebase account with a random ID the first time it opens. It has no name, email or other personal details; it lets the app file your app activity (below) and Premium status under one ID.
- Optional Google sign-in. If you choose Sign in with Google in the menu, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with CadMint. We store them in your private profile, together with the app version, Android version, device model, when you last signed in and how many times you have signed in. Signing in links your Google account to the anonymous account, so earlier activity stays with you. Only you (through the app) and our authorised administrators can access the profile. Signing in is never required to use any feature.
- App activity. CadMint records what you do in the app under your account ID: screens you open, which sample or units a new drawing started from, where a drawing came from (files, another app or your drawings list), its format and number of layouts, which commands you used (drawing, editing, measuring, layers, undo), how long opening, saving and exporting took, the format of copies you shared or saved, errors (their type, not any content), menu items you open, sign-in, sign-out and account deletion, and Premium screen views and purchase outcomes. It never records your drawings, file names, the values and text you type or what is in a drawing. We use it to understand and improve the app and to help with support.
- Premium. Premium is a Google Play subscription. Google Play handles payment; we never see your card or payment details. The app stores whether Premium is active and which plan, in your profile, so it can be recognised on your other devices and by support.
Information collected by the services the app uses
CadMint needs an internet connection only for the services below. They are provided by Google and may process your IP address, device and app information and identifiers under Google's policies.

Advertising choices
In the European Economic Area, the UK, Switzerland and other places where it is required, CadMint asks for your consent through Google's consent form before ads are personalised. You can change your choice at any time in CadMint → ⋮ menu → Ad privacy choices (shown where Google requires it). If you refuse, Google may still show non-personalised or limited ads. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. Every CadMint feature works whatever you choose.
How information is used and shared
We use the information above only to run, measure, fix and fund the app. We do not sell personal information. We receive aggregated analytics and crash reports from Firebase; we do not receive your drawings. Google processes information as a service provider for these purposes and, for ads, under its own advertising policies. We may disclose information when required by law.
Retention and security
Drawings and your drawings list stay on your device as described above. Your profile, Premium status and app activity are kept until you delete your account. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in Firebase (at most 14 months); crash reports are kept for 90 days. Connections to Google services use encrypted HTTPS. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your choices and requests
- Delete your account in the app: CadMint → menu (☰) → Delete account. This permanently deletes your profile, Premium status record and all app activity, and the account itself. Your drawings are on your phone and are not affected. See Delete your data for other ways, including by email.
- Notifications: on Android 13 and later, CadMint asks before sending any (only after you have saved or shared a drawing). You can turn notifications, or each kind of notification, off any time in Android Settings → Apps → CadMint → Notifications.
- You can sign out at any time (menu → Sign out); the app then continues with a new anonymous account.
- Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
- You can remove drawings from your list in the app, clear the app's storage in Android Settings, or uninstall it.
- You can change ad consent as described above, and reset your advertising ID in Android Settings.
Children
CadMint is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will help remove it.
Open-source software
CadMint is built on open-source software, including the CADCraft CAD engine and the fonts built into it. The full list and licences are in the app under ⋮ → Open-source licences.
Changes
We will update this policy when the app or the services it uses change, and update the effective date above.
