Delete your CadMint account and data
CadMint is developed and published by MANAUNA TECHNOLOGY. This page explains how you can delete or request the deletion of your CadMint account and all associated personal data stored with it, both directly within the app and via email/web request.
In the app (fastest)
- Open CadMint and tap the menu (☰) at the top left.
- Tap Delete account, then Delete. If you signed in a while ago, Google asks you to choose your account again to confirm it is you.
The deletion happens immediately.
By email
If you can't use the app, email manoj.cs.iu@gmail.com from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject "CadMint data deletion". We will delete the account and its data within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your CadMint account (Firebase Authentication).
- Your profile: name, email address, profile picture link, app and device details, sign-in dates.
- Your Premium status record.
- All app activity recorded under your account.
What is not deleted
- Your drawings and the copies you saved with CadMint: they are on your phone, not with us. Uninstall the app or clear its storage to remove the app's copies and your drawings list.
- Your Premium subscription with Google Play: cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
- Analytics and crash reports held by Google Firebase without your account details, which expire under Firebase's retention (at most 14 months for analytics, 90 days for crash reports).
